We had an excellent two weeks based in the villa. The pool was the best we have had in all our visits to Florida. The villa is well equipped and very well presented. Would recommend consideration if planning a trip to Florida.

My family and I really enjoyed staying in this villa. Set in a quiet location, this villa is perfect for coming back and having a well earned rest after walking around parks or wherever.
Having 2 bedrooms both with ensuites was a big bonus and the pool was fantastic.
The villa was clean and tidy and had everything we needed to live comfortably there for 2 weeks.
So overall, a clean, spacious, well appointed villa - a very enjoyable stay!

I would Be quite critical and I was delighted with every aspect of the booking and the villa from the prompt and friendly replies to my initial queries, through the precise directions to the villa itself. To say it was a home from home overly flatters our own home! From the minute I opened the front door I felt a sense of elegance and calm. The main bedroom is gorgeous and the pool was twice the size of our friends. There is everything you could possibly want -fluffy towels , pool toys, x box wifi etc etc. My kids wanted us to buy it!!

Well presented, comfortable property. Good Facillities. Plenty of crockery, cutlery, linen and towels. WiFi and International calls inclusive which was a great bonus
Only disapointement wa that the food and drinks parcel which I had pre-ordered was not delivered- did contact the owner who has appologised and has promised a full refund.
Overall my family and I were very happy with the property and the service which we received.

Pool was great, kids had the best time ever, they loved being able to change rooms each night. Very well appointed home, good base for all of disney and beyond. We will be back!

My family and I were delighted with the property which exceeded our expectations. It was exactly as described and the quiet location proved the perfect antidote to the hubbub of the theme parks whilst still being within easy striking distance.

Very nice and clean was lead to believe the property was on a large plot but was disapointed to see another property to the rear,but was ok.Very disapointed with the pool heating,rang management company the day we arrived as pool felt very cold and was told it should be ok by the following day.Next day 8.30 am it was even colder pump did not come on until about 9 am so rang again left message no reply rang again mid afternoon they came to house and took the temp of pool putting temp gauge in water outlet to pool 86 degrees said this was correct.I remarked that when you got in pool the water temp still took your breath and you couldnt just go straight in.He said he would change pump timer to stay on for 3 hours longer.
I didnt ring up again, the pool temp did slightly improve but you had to still enter pool very slowly as it still felt cold on entering.I have stayed in 9 properties in usa and to say you pay extra for the pool to be heated I felt it was not heated enough.

Fantastic villa with excellent facilities and everything you could want from a property and more. Pool is lovely. We have rented this villa 3 times now and would definitely rent it again and recommend it to others.

Everything you could want in a villa. Peaceful location away from the hustle and bustle, yet conveniently situated within easy reach of all attractions. Hope we can visit again in the not too distant future.

Was very much a home away from home with everything we could ask for.
Very comfortable with all amenities provided. Loved the warm pool.
Although the house is large (didn't use bedrooms on one side) it was still snug and cosy.
If staying in this area would definitely hope to use it again.

Much better than staying in a hotel.

Website details not clear about international calls. Property details lead me to believe that we would have use of free international dialling to the uk, as it was not stated otherwise.

it was a super delux villa and over then what i expected.
i will definetly recommend it to all my friends.
Everything was perfect, privacy, location and taste of furniture.
