A great property beautifully positioned (but fairly remote) and very well staffed. I would urge caution if booking with children under 5 as the steps are steep (inside and out) and the rocks between the house and the beautiful beach next door fairly hazardous. That said, we managed 10 days without mishap with 4 children 5 and under.
The house is a delight - a cross between traditional Thai and western with adequate air cooling (fans and air con) throughout. The house has three double bedrooms and the very nearby annexe, two. All have bathrooms and all are well appointed.
The staff are very helpful without being obtrusive. The cook, Sai, is excellent. If you like Thai food she will exceed your expectations every time. Mot who looks after the guests, also does a good line in massage for adults and children. The large fridge outside is well stocked with soft drinks and beer which you pay for on departure.
Boat trips and so on are all fairly easy to organise (beware a language limitation and always pre agree your costs before setting off)and connections between airport and house very easy.
The pool was a delight, the view from the house across Phang Nga bay incredible, the weather at Christmas perfect for all.
