Overview

Set in a small cul-de-sac with several other private villas and close to a small sports club with tennis, badminton, volleyball, archery and bar facilities, the villa comprises 3 bedrooms, all furnished in a contemporary tropical style and each with spacious bathrooms. The living areas are light and airy with direct access to the large pool deck and sala area, and the modern kitchen and fittings would satisfy the most ardent visiting chefs. There are fans and air conditioning in all rooms, with tiled flooring, teak window and door and other fittings throughout. The excellent beaches of Nai Harn, Yanui, Rawai and Friendship beach can be reached within 5-10 minutes by car, whilst the boating and ferry facilities of Chalong Pier are only a few minutes away. The towns and beaches of Kata, Kata-Noi and Karon are a short drive and there is easy access to Central and Tesco Lotus, and the various top grade golf courses on the island.

Exterior

Passing through the Balinese style gate, a short walk through the courtyard will lead you to the lotus pond with stepping stones that provide access to the villa. Outside, the 8.6m long private infinity pool (32sqm), tiled with Northern Thai hand-glazed ceramics, is surrounded by a sandstone deck area with a separate pool sala. The walled garden is well stocked with local tropical plants and trees, and has private outdoor BBQ facilities, teak sun loungers and a six-seater garden table and chairs to complete your outdoor dining experience. The pool has a gentle salt water cleaning system.

Interior

The master bedroom has a vaulted ceiling and a king size four poster bed, air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Its outside ensuite features a waterfall terrazzo stone bath and a shower area with direct access to the pool. The 1st spacious guest bedroom opens directly onto the pool area through sliding glass doors, and features an en suite shower room, king size bed and has air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The 2nd guest bedroom (which can be used as a guest annex) is approached via separate patio doors past the pool sala, has large twin beds and also features an ensuite wet room, air conditioning and a ceiling fan. All rooms have hand-built built in wardrobes, dressing tables and furnishings made locally in Phuket and bed linen is of highest hotel quality. The kitchen/dining area has a teak and hyacinth table which comfortably seats 6, which leads to a comfortable lounge area. The fully equipped Western-style kitchen has a fridge/freezer, oven, hob and dishwasher in addition to many other appliances, and has ample cutlery and crockery for guests. Large patio doors open directly onto the pool area. Telephone and Internet can be accessed, and the LCD television and sound system includes; DVD, VCR, CD (R/W), IPod/MP4 connections, and karaoke.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a east facing garden, a east facing patio area, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
