We spent great time in the Aladdins retreat villa. Everything was there for us and our children (7, 4 and 1) to have a comfortable stay: the house is fully equipped, clean, comfortable and well located to access the parks. The pool has a sufficient size and was very clean too. We immediately felt like to be at home.
We definitely recommend this house if you are looking for an enjoyable moment!

From start to finish the vacation was excellent. The resort grounds are well maintained, clean and quiet. It is a beautiful property with walking paths through the woods and around the ponds. The staff at the office were friendly and helpful.
The area outside the resort is a good clean neighbourhood. and we went for many walks in the area.
The house itself was in excellent condition and was exactly as described. For about the same price as a descent hotel room we stayed at a well appointed and equipped home. It was great to come home to after a days outing. All the major attractions are within a short driving distance and stores are close by. Communication during the booking process was excellent.
This was our first time here but definitely wont be our last.

This villa is wonderful. It has a larger than average pool and the furniture and fittings are of an exceptional standard. The house was very clean and tidy when we arrived. The location is very good - about 15 minutes from Disney. I would reccomend this rental to anyone. Thanks for a great vacation!

The house was spacious and the setting was surprsingly very quiet and peaceful. The kids enjoyed having the pool table and air hockey tables, the big screen TV,x-box as well as the pool! We had a nice relaxing family vacation and although we opted to go to Disney, it was very close drive from the house unlike the airport took 45 minutes. We have already recommend this rental to friend!

We had a wonderful time, but was nice really nice to be able to come home from the hustle and bustle of the parks and be able to relax by either sitting by the pool or being able to just sit and watch the tv we would not hesitate to recommend this villa to a friend or us to even visit ourselves again

overall this was a good bargain..great location..pool nice and warm...but there are a few things that would make it an excellent choice
details really need to be addressed
pool light not working
light over front door not working
internet down entire week
no phone service for 4 days
garbage disposal not working
headboards 3 out of 4 beds falling off
sprinkler running almost constantly and hitting front pathway and garage door so that you could not leave without getting wet
notes left from previous renters that things are not repaired

what a brill villa & location!!. we would definatly recommend this to anyone. the villa is extremly spacious and kept in very good clean condition and is so close to the resturants and shops on the 192. we are hoping to return to this villa in the near future. we have staed in a villa before but it didnt compare to this one regarding the location as it was a bit out of the way. the emerald island resort is a lovely tranquil place & the staff thee are so friendly & helpful, so if youre thinking of going in a villa choose this one.

Had a great vacation, wanted to personally thank you for an enjoyable time. The house was great, just the right size for our family vacation.
We had my young nephew with us, so we left for the house a baby/toddler gate and feeding chair for future residents with young children.
I have passed on our high recommendation of your property to two families looking to do a similar trip in the early summer, hope this becomes a tradition of sorts.

The property is excellent value for money. The owners have done an excellent job in making you feel like you are at home and not just in a rental villa. We were so impressed we reduced our plans to visit Tampa for a week following our visit to Orlando and booked an extra few days at the villa. As is the case in most of America, it will be essential to have a car to get to the villa and to travel to theme parks etc, but these are all within approximately 20 minutes drive of the villa. We will definately be booking again the next time we visit the states. The owners Martin and Claire and the management company they use have been excellent and really helpful throughout the whole process

The villa was absolutely beautiful and enjoyable. I would recommend renting from you to anyone. The booking was easy. The only comment I would make is that there was only one trash bag provided for our week stay. I would think you could provide trash bags as you were asking us to utilize your trash removal services. The accommodations exceeded our expectations. The staff on premises were extremely pleasant and helpful. The Clubhouse, Gym and Pool areas were extremely clean, and we loved every minute of our stay. The unit itself also exceeded expectations. There was everything in the villa, tastefully decorated and suited our needs greatly and made our stay wonderful. The 4 bedroom unit is roomy; yet we all had our own privacy. I would definitely recommend this complex; it is one mile from the main International Dr. which gets you everywhere in Orlando

We have stayed in a number of villas and this was by far the best. The descriptions and photographs were very accurate. My wife, who is very particular and extemely house proud, was delighted when she walked in to find a highly specced and homely place to spend our vacation. The property is obviously well looked after and our thanks go to the Browns for allowing us to use such a delightful home. We will definitely be looking to re-book this property for our next visit

Great villa a short distance from the parks. Very clean and we all enjoyed using the heated pool. More than enough space for us all (8 people). Will definately stay again next time we visit Orlando.whole transaction was quite seamless.

Outstanding home. Convenient to Disneyworld. Good take-out (Outback, Italian, Chinese), grocery store and UPS store (for outlet purchases) very close by. Kids loved the (secured) pool, the game room and the bedroom's. All beds were very comfortable. Property Managers are very responsive. First class all the way. Highly recommend. Thanks Wayne.

What a fabulous villa in a fabulous resort! The location was super close to Disney, only a short drive away. The villa was just as described. Very clean with a great disney theme. Everything we needed was there. The kids enjoyed the mickey mouse toaster, waffle maker, dishes, towels, etc. There was even a high chair, crib, mobile, baby monitor, booster seat, stroller, and toys for the kids! This is a great villa for a great vacation at Disney. This rental company was great to work with. Will definitely use again!

We had a fabulous week in this villa. The layout of the villa was beautiful and very relaxing with large spacious rooms and bathrooms. We particularly liked the lovely pool and spa and had a most relaxing week here. The villa was situated in a very pleasant position, very private and peaceful but also within easy reach of all amenities. We would definitely recommend this villa and would rate it as 5 star. This was our first time renting a house on vacation and we totally enjoyed it. At the end of a long day of running around it felt good to come home to a house that felt like our own. There was penty of room for all of us and the kids enjoyed the amount of room the house had, the swimming pool and the fact that they each had their own TV's in their rooms. in all the house was very clean and well maintained considering how many people come in and out of the home. We would recommend the house to others who are traveling to the Orlando area

all the directions were simple to follow how to get in.we opened the front door and could not belive our eyes. the villa was out of this world .it had everything the three of us could possibly want and more.we put our cases on in our rooms and headed for the pool .after we had a good look round .we found all we needed the whole place we so well set out .even towels for the pool area in the laundy room the washing machine and dryer were easy to use along with every other electrical item and there were lots we all said that this place far exceeded our expectations.it was far more than we expected for our money all in all it was a fantatic holiday we spent the days at the parks and then went back to relax by the pool we had a car and this place was so handy for everything as well as peaceful well keep and just made for an extra spcial holiday at a really great price thanks again for the loan of your proprty we cant recommend it to anyone highly enough we will be back soon

we stayed at the villa for two weeks in July. we were very impressed with both the villa and the pool. it was very close to the parks, with restaurants and supermarkets in the near vicinity. Emerald island resort was also very clean and well looked after. it seemed a very secure and safe environment. we would recommend this to friends and intend to return on our next trip to orlando. thanks

This property was well kept, clean on the inside and out. The rooms are nicely laid out and great for two families to share. It is in a quiet neighbourhood and it is close to Disney. The pool in the back is fenced and is very private. The people who work in the Resort are very friendly and helpful. You feel very safe walking around in the area. I would recommend this villa to my friends. We had a great stay and we would not hesitate to rent this property again. * I think you need to have more pots and pans available for the guests as they were to small for a large group. * Thanks again for a great and enjoyable stay.

We thought that this villa would be nice from what we saw on the website but when we got there it was beautiful. Absolutely wonderful. We have not stopped talking about it. The pool was fantastic - especially first thing in the morning before breakfast and after the theme parks. The solar cover made sure the water was warm and relaxing. I can not wait to return and take my grand-daughter with me - we already have our Disney tickets. What a fantastic holiday.

We found the villa very easily from Sanford airport the directions were spot on. The villa itself was in pristine condition beautifully and luxuriously furnished with taste and so comfortable. We thought that the description and photographs on the web did not do it justice as it was much larger than we expected and the seperate bathrooms very well appointed which was a bonus as there was six of us sharing the villa. The swimming pool was excellent and properly maintained. We will be returning next year and we will be recommending this villa to our friends

Having stayed in villa accommodation in USA on previous occasions this villa was by far the best. The furnishings and everything in the house is to a high specification and certainly exceeded our expectation. It is in a very quiet location but still very easy to get to the Theme Parks and great golf courses. Thank you Sue and Colin for making our holiday perfect!! We have rebooked for jan 08 again

The villa was beautiful and very convenient to everything. The girls loved the pool table and air hockey. I loved having all the time saving machinery ie dishwasher and dryer, I don't possess them here but may well invest now. Your bed is gorgeous and the bathroom is beautiful, I really don't know how you can share it with other people, but we took real good care of it. The pool was lovely too

The villa was even bigger than we anticipated and was fully equipped with all the amenities you would expect, ie dishwasher, washing maching, dryer. There were more than enough cutlery and crockery for everyone. It was very close to the Disney parks and all the restuarants and attractions of the Highway 192. We all enjoyed our stay at this lovely villa.

This is wonderful place to stay. The place is decorated very well and for us, it was just like home. Having handy access to the pool and Jacuzzi was out of this world. We used it day and night. Master bedroom and ensuite were great. Loved the open concept Kitchen, eating area, living room and dining room. All the features of home. Would definitely make a return visit and stay there again. The owners (Sue/Colin) were extremely accommodating and helpful. We had a problem with the pool and that was taken care right away. Service was excellent and personable. Lucky for us this was our fourth visit to the Sunshine State and our first time in a Villa. This house is not a Villa but a beautifull home, you can tell that every care has been taken to make your stay the best it can be and the owners have not failed in any area. Colin & Sue were so helpfull with information and tips before we left and this carried on with the information we found at the house. We have showed so many people the pictures and the video's since we got back and their re-action has been the same as ours..WOW...To wake up in the mornig and swim in the pool was always the start to some great days and not all of them with Mickey.My children are 18 and 16 and this was said to be our last family holiday all together, I can see that changing when we book for next year. I could keep going on for ages but will finish by saying a massive THANK YOU to Colin & Sue from the very happy to be there but sad to be home

The house was nice however, the carpets need to be cleaned as there are some bad stains. Also the walls are badly marked.
There were no facecloths - so, coming from Canada, this was missed and I purchased some for our stay.
We have a little yorkie dog and I was diligent in cleaning up after her - other pet owners were not and I think this should be stressed - clean up after your pet.
Also, I picked up a lot of garbage while on my walks so "Do not litter" signs need to be posted.
We were disappointed that the fountains were not running after the first week of our stay.
The emergency number given to us did not work and we had difficulty in getting into the house and could not call them. We were fortunate that we reached the owner via email and he called the Clubhouse.
We hope to come back to Emerald Island. The location is perfect.

I and my family had a wonderful vacation in home it far exceeded our expectations and the pictures did not do it justice. Your direction from the airport to the villa were excellant we did not get lost once and your direction to Disney were also very good we did not get stuck in traffic once and you were right it did only take 10 min. "This house is awesome. The pictures do not do this house justice. You have to see it in person to understand how nice this house is. All of the beds have new bedding. It is easy to clean and very well maintained. There is plenty of room for everyone and enough space for everyone to have their "quiet time" space. There is a living room and a "luxury lounge" that are separate. This was a great idea. We used the living room for the kids and used the luxury lounge for the adults so they we had a place in the evenings to wind down before we put our children in the pool. This was our yearly "family vacation". We had three adult women (Grandma and two daughters) and 4 (grand) kids and everyone loved it. We would definitely rent this villa again if we are in the Orlando area again. Thank you very much for letting us enjoy your house on our "family reunion vacation". "

This was an excellent property! We are a family of 4, and our daughter is a toddler. We felt at home while at this residence. We were able to relax and provide our daughter with an awesome vacation experience without having to have her cramped into a hotel room. We found the home to be conveniently located to the area theme parks, and restaurants & shopping were close by. We also felt totally secure with the location of the home. The neighborhood was quiet & peaceful. We would definitely like to stay at this home again during future visits to the area."

"fabulous home, having stayed in villas on previous visits to Florida we were delighted with this one which was far more spacious and in a better location than any we had stayed in before. The furnishing were luxurious and the beds really comfy,but what really made our holiday was the huge pool deck and all the pool furniture, in most villas there are only 2 loungers and a table 4 chairs , in this one we had 4 loungers 2 reclining chairs 2 tables and 8 chairs, and a selection of floating chairs and lounger for in the pool. If you are looking for a fabulous villa in florida then stop looking and just book this one and have a great time"

after the initial mix ups about keys codes etc I was very wary of my trip but was pleasantly surprised when we got there, I have been caught out before where the property looked nothing like the pics or they had lied as to the location but this property lived up to its ad and I would gladly book again. Its close to the disney property in an area Im familiar with and the house was large enough for my husband and I are our two teenage kids and a friend for each of them, the pool table was a nice bonus. We had a great vacation and its always nicer to be able to come home at night and relax in a comfy home.

""The front desk was a little slow in everything. they need to understand that peoples time is important and they should not have to wait 10minutes every time they go to the desk." What a wonderful house, great location with nice views overlooking a hill&trees; nice and peacful after a busy day in the theme parks. The house was beautifully furnished with lots of personal touches which made it feel very homely and comfortable to be in. The location is perfect for visting the theme parks, , airboat rides and other local attractions and restaurants - Denny's for breakfast and Olive Garden for good meals out and take aways. In addition to this we were really impressed with the information and communication provided bysue& colin the owner 's before travelling - this helped plan a more organised and enjoyable trip for first timers. GREAT - we'd definitely re-book again!

"The photographs on the web site do not do this property justice. It is a beautiful Villa, furnished to very high standards.It is ideal for larger parties,we had two families in our group so when you split the cost this property is tremendous value. I can,t recommend it highly enough.

"We stayed for a few days and found the Resort and house excellent. The accomodation is clean and fully equipped with TVs in all rooms and DVD in the living area. The resort pool was fantastic for our kids with theplay-park’s and tennis courts. Some days they wanted to go there instead of the theme parks. All in all a great place for a vacation and I would recommend Emerald Island resort to anyone, especially families,I would recommend the retreat villa’s to every one

Was it good value for money? Absolutely, the price was lower than most villas in the same area. The cost was less per night Than Disney's most inexpensive hotel room where you get one room and a small bath. To get 4 bedrooms, huge master bath, private screened pool and a fully stocked kitchen for less money, It is quite a deal. Did it meet your expectations? Exceeded my expectations, there were many extras that made the stay much easier such as Computer access, there were paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags and dishwasher detergent, These were nice surprises not usually found in other villas. Was the description accurate? Yes, property was just as described. Would you recommend it to a friend? Already have recommended this property for a get together next June. Were you adequately looked after during your stay? Yes, however, we did not encounter any problems and had no need to contact anyone. "First off the overlook of the Resort was really nice and close to perfect. The Aladdins Retreat was a great place to stay. It was as we were the first ones to stay in the house, thats how well its kept. The rooms were all the right size from the two 2 singles to the master suit.The washer and dryer was also a big plus, so you can limit the clothes you want to take, that was a big help especially when you have kids. Whats also great and important when travling with the family, is that the house is well located by the great things you need:supermarket, resturants, fast food, shops, and most importantly minutes away from the Disney World, Unversal Studios, and Sea World. It dosent get any better than that! I know people who want to got to visit Disney world as well as other great parks and I can't wait to tell them how great the Aladdins Retreat was in the Emerald Island Resort! THANKS!!!"

"The home was wonderful. It was comfortable, spacious, and extremely clean. The floor plan was the best that I have seen. The pool was very enjoyable as was the pool table. The home has a washer and dryer and this was a must for me. It also has a formal dining room that allowed all of our family to sit together at dinnertime (rather than the usual which sits only 4). I have stayed in Emerald Island Resort Kissimmee in the past and fell in love with the neighborhood even more each time I visit. the park was quiet and beautiful. I have no complaints, only one suggestion...I love to cook and do so even when I am on vacation and would have liked more cookware. Other than that , it was perfect and I thank you for allowing our family to enjoy your home."

This villa was in immaculate condition. It had all the ammenities and furnishings. It did not have a phone, but one will be installed. The owner (sue) was most responsive and provided tons of information. The resort itself was great. The pool complex was excellent and easily can entertainment the children for a full day or two. This is an excellent home and I will not hesitate to rent from the owner again anytime!"

"The property was in brand new condition. The house fit our 2 families perfectly. The site facilities were wonderful. The pools were warm enough to enjoy in early March. The kids loved it. I would definitely come back again."
